SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations: We primarily serve the USA market and offer shipping nationwide to all locations accessible by truck. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your location request, and we will assess the feasibility of shipping to your destination.
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping to all destinations within the USA where a truck can reach your site. Please ensure that your site is accessible without obstacles such as overhead wires, utility poles, or tree branches.
Shipping Method: We ship our tiny homes via tilt flatbed trucks with crane for optimal delivery service that is all included.
Site Preparation: To facilitate smooth delivery, please ensure that your site is prepared with a suitable foundation, such as a cement bed or stone base, ready to receive the tiny home.
Delivery Timeframe: Once your order is place, it will take approximately 7-10 days for delivery time for all homes in our inventory. Special order custom homes will take an estimated 120 days depending on location.
Delivery Scheduling: Prior to final delivery, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date within a 5-hour window for the day of delivery.
Tracking Information: As our shipments are not handled by traditional courier services, tracking numbers are not provided. However, we will keep you updated on every step of the shipping process, including order confirmation, shipment to port, estimated time of arrival at the USA port, arrival at port, and coordination with the trucking company for final delivery.
Damage Insurance: We are insured for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please note that minor shipping marks on the corners and bottom of the container may be present due to the nature of transportation.
Storage and Re-Delivery: In the event that delivery is unsuccessful due to unpreparedness at the drop site, storage fees of $50 per day may apply. Re-delivery will be arranged at an additional cost depending on the location.

Customization and Orders: We build each home specifically for you, based on your order specifications. Due to this custom nature, we do not provide returns or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a 72-hour cancellation window from the time of placing the order. Should you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.
Site Readiness: It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure that the site is ready for delivery. We strongly advise obtaining site and foundation plans as needed to facilitate a smooth delivery process. If the site is not ready during the scheduled delivery, additional charges may apply for storage and reattempted delivery.
Delivery Clearance: The homeowner is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and clear of any obstacles. This includes ensuring adequate clearance for the delivery truck, such as overhead wires, tree branches, and other obstructions.
Location Assessment: To assist you in assessing any potential obstacles at your delivery location, please email us your final location on Google Maps. This will help us ensure a successful delivery and setup process.
